Competition entry planner
Bring the brief, your idea and your final checks together. Save a working plan and add the deadline to your calendar.
Make the plan useful, not elaborate
Begin with the official rules URL and the exact submission requirements. Write your next actions as things you can finish: “test two crops” is more useful than “improve the photograph”. For a design proposal, note what the judging panel needs to understand from each drawing.
Keep one plan per competition. Download your current plan before clearing it or starting another. Browser saving keeps only the plan shown here, on this device and browser; it is not a cloud backup. The saved copy updates when you press Save.
Allow time for the upload
Your creative deadline should be earlier than the official closing time. Leave a separate slot to check filenames, export settings, word counts and submission confirmation. When using calendar export, enter the deadline in your device’s local time and double-check the imported event. The calendar file includes a reminder one day before the deadline, subject to your calendar’s settings.
